A company operating system

One login where a Dubai agency's team gets sourced answers about any client, runs every project and has AI do the work they approve.

One question, every source

Anyone on the team can ask about a client in plain words. The answer shows where each fact came from, and leaves out what they aren't allowed to see.

Confidential meetings never reach the assistant.

AI that does the work, and asks first

The assistant reads freely, then puts every change it wants to make on a card you approve or deny. It can take more than 140 actions across the system, but only the ones the person asking is allowed to.

Four tasks the assistant wants to create from a sales call, each with an owner and a day, and each on its own card with Approve and Deny buttons.

Every project, three ways

The same project as a timeline, a Gantt chart or a board. I built it to work like Asana, down to dependencies and milestones.

A demo December campaign on a timeline: script, filming and delivery task bars across the weeks of October and November, chained by dependency arrows, with a today line.

Meetings that file their own to-dos

Every recorded call becomes a summary, decisions and action items with owners, and is matched to its client automatically.

Action items written from a demo client call, each with an owner: scripts to write, a shot list to build, consent forms to collect, a campaign brief and a room to book.

Sales and WhatsApp in one inbox

The company's WhatsApp number is a shared inbox for the whole sales team. A message from a new number becomes a lead on its own.

A WhatsApp thread with a demo lead in the shared inbox: a reply proposing a call with a reaction and read ticks, then the lead's photo of the room to film in.

A film studio with a director you can talk to

Producers ask the director for changes in plain words, and it edits the shot list with one undo for all of it. Then the client approves the shot list one shot at a time.

The studio director chat: a producer asks for two warmer morning shots and a shorter shelf shot, and the director reports the three changes it made, with one button to undo all three.
What the client sees when reviewing the video's shot list: a tally of approved, changed and waiting shots, and shot cards with the preview still, voiceover and on-screen text, each with Approve, Request changes and Comment.

What changed

I built the knowledge base, the AI agents, projects, meetings and the client portal, and co-built sales, WhatsApp, finance and parts of the studio with one other developer. These are counts from the code, not estimates.

  • 215 screens in one system

The team's workspace, sales, the film studio, finance, a portal where clients follow their own projects, and public pages for booking and signing.

  • More than 140 actions AI can take

The in-app assistant and the team's own Claude apps share them, and every action checks the person's permissions first.

  • More than 2,800 changes in five months

Shipped by two developers between 11 May and 19 October 2026, and still shipping.
