A catalogue that lived in PDFs
The range sat in PDF catalogues, one of them 211 MB. I moved the catalogue into a content studio and turned whole collections into product pages with an AI-assisted import that I checked by hand.

Find the right surface in seconds
Buyers choose by look, finish and size. Across all 345 surfaces there are eight filters, and I built the parts that make them quick: a live count on every option and a link you can share for every filtered view.

Surfaces like this one
Product pages end in a quote request instead of a price. Below it I added similar surfaces, matched by look first, then type and finish.

A wall of samples on the phone
I rebuilt the photo gallery for small screens. On a phone it runs as offset strips of interior photos that drift in opposite directions as you scroll.

What changed
What the business has now.
345 surfaces online, each with its own page
Filterable by catalogue, type, look, finish, use, size, thickness and special features.
11 catalogues on one page
Each with its cover and file size, ready to download.
69 tiles imported from a single catalogue
AI read the catalogue images and proposed names and looks. I checked the list before it was uploaded.
Edits live within about a minute
Products are edited in a studio built into the site, and pages refresh within about a minute.
